Terms of Service & Membership Agreement

By accessing or using AI Lottery Wizards ("the Site," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Membership Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase a subscription.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at ailotterywizards.com/terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

AI Lottery Wizards is an independent lottery data analysis and entertainment platform. We provide historical lottery results, statistical charts, number tracking, and AI-generated number suggestions based on past draws.

We are not a lottery operator, gambling operator, sportsbook, or lottery ticket seller. We do not accept wagers, sell tickets, process bets, operate drawings, award prizes, or take any percentage of your winnings.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit-card number on our servers. Stripe handles payment collection, card storage, and billing security.

Subscriptions renew automatically every month unless you cancel. If pricing ever changes, current members keep their existing rate for as long as they remain active.

You must be a resident of the United States or the United Kingdom and at least 18 years old (or the legal lottery age in your jurisdiction) to subscribe.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access until the end of your current paid period.

All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We do not offer partial-month refunds for unused days or downgrades.

If you have a billing question, contact us first at our support page. We will work with you to resolve it.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your account, use another member's account, or use the Site for illegal activity, harassment, scraping, or abuse.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or interferes with the service.

Lottery drawings are random. AI Lottery Wizards cannot predict or guarantee future winning numbers. Any numbers generated or displayed are suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Use of our service does not improve your mathematical odds of winning. If you choose to purchase lottery tickets, you do so independently through authorized retailers.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Powerball, Mega Millions, any state lottery, or any other lottery organization unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Lottery Wizards and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site, including any lottery losses, missed drawings, or reliance on generated numbers.

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
